Egypt's Minister of Antiquities today announced the discovery of the intact tomb of a priest of Amun-Ra, whose name is Ankhef or Khunsu, inside the tomb of Vizier Amenhotep in Luxor.

The announcement was made by the Minister during his visit to the luxor city, to start the exploration work inside the tomb of Tutankhamun, in search of a secret chamber inside.

The Minister declared that the coffin, very well preserved, was found inside a well in the rock and covered with stones, being a discovery made by the Spanish Archaeological Mission of the Institute of Ancient Egypt.
